Live Zen to ACT ZEN™

Wanting To Be Older

Another problem with carrying any resentments or fear into our transformation is that they may become amplified.

If your goal is to be a model or actress, the last person you want to bring to your audition is someone who scares or weakens you.

It's up to you. You decide who lives in your world and in your mind.

The easiest way to get rid of someone is to not think about them.

Resentment will keep you thinking about them.

Perhaps we cannot erase memories, but we can file them away and forget about them.

Think of your mind as a file cabinet. When you open a drawer of memories, do they sit there in the file drawer ready to be pulled or do the emotions jump out of the drawer and overwhelm you every time you peek inside?

If you still find emotion and elevated heart beats attached to certain memories -- remove them.

Yes, I've heard plenty of excuses -- but if you want to succeed as an actor -- you must gain control of your emotions.
