GRAB A PIECE OF PAPER for each of your parents (that raised you or influenced your childhood).

With the parent's name on the top of the paper, create two columns for each of them: Good + Bad Stuff.

Then, ask others, who know your parents, to add to this list.

The information you gather from other sources will be especially valuable to you.
